Simple plug and play connection with any of the Compatible Garmin GPSMAP series MFDs, the GSD25 sonar module can reach depths of 5,000ft dependent on the transducer selected. True Dual-Channel 1kW Compressed High-Intensity Radiated Pulse, or CHIRP as it is more commonly known, enhances target separation, clarity, and detail. Distinguish between small or closely spaced fish at any depth down to 5,000 feet. Choose between low/medium, low/high, or medium/high, optimizing your performance in both shallow or deep water.
Gone are the days when Sonar only shows you what’s below your boat. Now with DownVu and SideVu, you get a clear photolike image of fish and structure both below your boat (750ft) and to the left and right (500ft). With a compatible Garmin CHIRP HD-ID sonar and CHIRP DownVü and SideVü scanning sonar transducer, all these features can be attained with a single transducer.
